About IBI

International Business Initiation (IBI) is a Seoul-based job-matching agency (B2B) and global career accelerator (B2C). We aim to connect businesses with renowned universities to help recruit and retain exceptional talent.

Our Story

IBI was founded in January, 2023 by three undergraduate students at Yonsei University (South Korea’s 2nd highest educational institution) in hopes of streamlining the job application process for international talent in Korea.
