Our Personal Development Program

Through our Personal Development (PD) Program, students build real-world skills by immersing themselves in their chosen industries. They join one of five high-impact teams: Marketing, Startup, Data Analysis, Project Management, or AI & Design.

Throughout the semester, they tackle real-world case studies and participate in specialized training and workshops

Scaling Up: The Internship Matching Program

If you’ve followed us, you might remember our Startup X IBI Matching Program, where we paired 60+ students with 32 startups. This semester, we’re scaling up with our new Internship Matching Program, connecting top talent with companies from across industries.
